The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend "The Storm Damage Professionals" for the work recently completed on my home in Kennesaw, Georgia. The level of service and professionalism provided by Billy Williams and Byron Holmes (Owners/Operators) far exceeded my expectations.
I typically don't write letters like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case, I was so impressed by the work and service provided by the "Storm Damage Professions" that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise.
I have never had to replace a roof on a home before. My initial research and reading on the topic uncovered some scary stories about fraud, unfinished jobs, out of state storm chasers, defaults on warranties, and the list goes on. Needless to say, I approached the process with caution. "The Storm Damage Professionals" made the process simple and gave me peace of mind.
They immediately answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They provided all of the documentation that I asked for including proof of liability insurance and worker's comp, business licenses, customer references, warranty policies, etc. They led me through the process from the initial meeting with my insurance adjuster to the recovery of my insurance depreciation. They made no assumptions and consulted with me on every decision. They did an exceptional job with the clean up (I haven't found a single nail) and our roof looks fantastic. My wife and I could not be more pleased.
In an era where customer service excellence is hard to find in the construction business, the work that "The Storm Damage Professionals" did should be held up as an example for other companies to try without hesitation. I hope this letter is helpful to others who may be evaluating construction companies to complete work at their home.
